A convenient grouping of all our one-off pieces produced by a wide range of artists, some celebrated, some less well known.
The photograph shows four members from the East London Group of artists: Elwin Hawthorne, Phyllis Bray, John Cooper, Brynhild Parker. The group attracted much attention in the 1930s, only to fall out of fashion after World War Two, though interest in their work has recently rebounded. Exhibition link
