A classic blend of the humorous and the mechanical from the enigmatic master of Pop Art.

Paolozzi enjoyed working with plaster, though it is not clear whether he originally intended this piece as a maquette for a bronze sculpture that he never actually go round to making.

Either way it is a delightful stand-alone piece, full of pizzazz.
